NEED TO GET OUT OF THIS VICIOUS CIRCLE...DAY.. I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYMORE...

Guys,

I have failed. The challenge just keeps going from bad to worse. I am in a cycle. I lose a pound, I gain a pound. This has been happening for four months, I need to get out of this cycle.


This is going to sound really bad. But I am starting another challenge and abandoning the forty day challenge as it is making me feel like a failurel. I am going to start a 25 day challenge starting tomorrow and ending on the 13th of december. Guys I know I can only help myself but do you have ANY advice? I feel so on my own....

First of all, don't beat yourself up so much! I know it's hard, but you are being really negative towards yourself. It's okay that you haven't done what you said you were going to do, it's okay! I tried for a year to lose weight, over and over, but it never happened. Then finally it did! My advice for you? Don't give up- and try to take one day at a time. ONLY focus on getting through today eating healthy and don't even think about tomorrow until it comes, or else it's too overwhelming. Try not to eat very much processed food and junk food/sweets because then you will only crave it more. And try to eat healthy snacks (like fruit, string cheese, yogurt, veggies) often so you don't get too hungry! Good luck- you can do it, and if you do mess up don't beat yourself up and mess up worse, just get right back on on the plan!

Small goals = final goal! I found by setting smaller goals for myself rather then big ones I complete them and a lot quicker then the larger goals.
You have to do what you need to do to keep focused but don't ever lose sight of your ultimate goal...one day at a time...1 lb at a time.
Since you have BTL you are never alone because we all understand how the other feels, we have all been there done that and still doing it!
Dec 13th is really not that far away....You can so do this challenge, we are here to help you achieve it!

Are you doing ww? If so, maybe you should switch plans. Or you might try a week long detox or something to boost your weightloss and get you on track.

I think that it's great to set goals for yourself but you need to realize that they are just that...Goals! It's something to word toward, get you focused, etc. There will be days that are easy, and days that are hard....you gotta take the good with the bad sometimes and just because there will be bad days doesn't mean you blew it. Set some small goals...maybe try just setting goals for one day. Then for a week. And further and further. ONE DAY at a time!!!
