After working out three days in a row with weights my body feels like a train wreck so I decided to take the night off from the gym. I should feel a little bad about it but I'm reasoning with myself that if I take the night off I will come back tommorow stronger and fresh. I did a
leg workout on tuesday and I must have did it right because they are still sore today. So tonight my plan is simple. I'm going to eat a really healthy protein heavy meal (chicken breast, brown rice, and squash), go to bed early, and get ready to hit the gym hard again tommorow. Sometimes I find that my ambition is slightly ahead of what my body is capable of doing!
