I use to WI on Tuesday's but I think Monday's will be better for me. So I have lost 1.8 pounds. Yes this is my first week on program but truly I took it really well the first four days and then weekend hit and I blew it. So I will take ANY thinking I can get and 1.8 pounds isnt too bad! I am back at it today, just have to get my butt to the YMCA for my new membership but they are waiting on my YMCA back home to fill out the paper work, so I will continue to wait. I figure at least eating healthy is better than NOTHING!
After I stepped on the scale this morning I stepped on my old scale and they had a 5 pound difference. The old one is what I weighed in on all of last year. So while I thought I gained like 10 pounds over break I really didnt, it was more like 4 or 5 due to the difference in the scales. So I am back at it. I would love to be much healthier at graduation. I dont want to be thin or perfect just healthy and happy!
My first class this morning went well. I then went out to lunch with the girls after ordering my cap and gown for graduation and running to the bank. I had some lentil soup and half of a bagel (it was a bagel shop). Probably not the greatest in points but I did have a Clementine and bowl of cereal for breakfast that wasnt too high in points.
I have class tonight and then babysit at 6.30 tomorrow morning...YUCK So I will probably be to this bloggin stuff tomorrow night when I am on the couch doing NOTHING....hopefully.
