Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Today wasn't bad, by any means of the word. I relaxed, I took a bubble bath, ate well...but I just feel like crap. All of my "yay, I didn't have any cravings!" of the past few days is gone. I'm sick of my diet, I can't wait to start WW, and I can't fathom swallowing another bite of chicken. My husband is about to eat some salsa and chips, and it's gonna take a lot of effort to stay away. Only 8 days left to go on the doctor diet, and then I will start a South Beach Diet for a few weeks to re-introduce carbs to my body, and then I will be on WW for the rest of the weight loss and the maintenance.

Food: a WW yogurt, 3.5 oz chicken, an apple, an orange, 3 triscuits, 1 mini Reese's PB cup, and 3.5 oz broccoli.
Weight: 168.4 lbs (That's 18.2 lbs gone! Forever!!!)
Exercise: Nothing so far, may squeeze in some squats, pushups, etc while I watch the OU Football game!
