Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

You are going on vacation (yeah!).

You will be skiing everyday.

There is a gym at the condo.

You will be exercising daily!

However, these realities do not prevent you from being conscious with your eating and drinking. Choose wisely.

Think about what you are eating and drinking and think about if you really, really, really want it.

Vegetables and fruits are your friends, white pasta with heavy sauces only make you dopey.

It's okay not to finish everything on your plate.

It's okay to say no thanks to another glass of wine or dessert.

Drink as much water as you can without peeing your pants on the slopes.

But! Don't deprive yourself to the point that you snarf down every morsel in sight because you are so hungry you can't think about what you are eating.

Vacations and roller coaster rides don't mix.... you have walked away from the roller coaster, now is not the time to jump back on the crazy, insane, toxic ride.

Enjoy your skiing - you will be burning MAD calories. Make wise choices and enjoy yourself Liz. The roller coaster will not be waiting for you when you get back. It has left your area of the country.
