I think this semester will help me keep thinking of staying on track - taking Anatomy & Physiology plus a Nutrition Class - 11 weeks of that should help me lose consistently over the next 3 mos - which is just what I need. Couldn't ask for a better selection of classes to continue to think of what will best benefit my body - making healthy choices & staying active. We get back what we put in - bottomline. And, I think that should carry over into all parts of our life - If we give our best, those around us should too! What I mean by that is my two "teens" should be pitching and doing their best to as I am - sometimes I think as Mom's we have to carry too much of the load and a healthy "distribution" of chores is a good thing. We'll see if I can implement more contributions in ways of housework out of my kids...another goal for 2009 - everyone pitches in.
Went out to lunch today - so my prejournal went off track. Enjoyed a cup of tomatoe soup & half a beet salad with blue cheese and 1/2 a pastry - so I will go light for dinner...and I'm off to run at the HS Track before I pick up my daughter from school play practice...running in the rainy mist! Go Me :) Mind over Matter.
