Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

So here I was pumped up to do an exercise dvd, and it didn't work. My PC doesn't play them either. Um.... okay. I tried connecting an old vcr since I have some tapes, that didn't work either. *sigh* But that didn't discourage me, I looked for my stability ball and the air leaks. Grrrr.

I was so determined to exercise that I took out a yoga book and did all the exercise in it. I was so worked up, but I could feel myself getting relaxed bit by bit.

Unbelievable. Sometimes things don't happen the way we want them to, so we need to try to have a Plan B and maybe even a Plan C.

My plan for now is to use these exercises in the mornings to get my day started. I just might go to the track tomorrow and I found a Zumba class on Thursdays that I want to do. Whoo Hoo!!

Goal for now, ANY type of exercise 3x a week,

There's Relay for Life in Feb in my old town. I'm considering going and participating. I'll have to decide soon, there isn't 8 weeks for me to do the Couch to 5k program, but I am considering doing it anyway.

If you're gonna aim, AIM higher than you think you can.

Good to aim high- and even if you can't run the whole 5K- no shame in walking some- just completing it is great!
