No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

OK. I could have done without the treats Rick brought back from the Convention Center ... but the brownie and cookie looked so good that I couldn't resist. (And he did split them both with me, so that helped!)

Still, I was pleasantly surprised when I totaled up my Twitter food chart — I hadn't been journaling in my tracker, just keeping a kind of running total in my head today. Unless I totally underestimated the cookie and brownie, I did better than I thought. I figured I'd be WAY over, instead of just a few Points.

Wait a minute ... is 7 Points WAY over? Not for me, considering that on my "bad" days I can go over by 10 or more ...

In all, it wasn't a bad day at all. Maybe that's because I still feel just a little blah ... my tummy is just the slightest bit tender for some reason.

Anyway, since I'm already at 32 Points for the day, no post-work snack for me! I'm writing it here so I'm not tempted when I get home. If I've already told you I'm not snacking, then I won't ... hopefully. No, definitely. I don't need the extra Points!
