well, i weighed in at 137.6 this monday, which puts me at 0.6 above what i thought was water weight. i worked pretty hard to get down to 135, but whatever, i think i'll stop playing the numbers game. it can get ugly.
however, my clothes still fit relatively the same. so it's not like i'm actually getting fat. however, i'm sore from whatever it was i did on the weights yesterday.
i've gone running 3x this week already. which is pretty great considering i usually go once every other day. i'm definitely taking tomorrow off, but it feels good to exercise. it's something i can definitely accomplish whereas with my work some days i don't get as much done as i need to because i'm not self-paced. anyway. yeah.
i'm sort of just babbling.
today's stats:
28:00, ~ 5:00 walking. ~ 2.3 miles (i switched up my treadmill settings halfway through.)
