Incredible pictures Rachel!!! You really need to send Roni your success story because if the smile on your face doesn't spell success I don't know what does!
I realize that this comes a day late but after gawking at the pictures numerous times. oh yeah I'll admitt it. they are pretty freakin' incredible. I decided that I should take some time to say Congratulations to you Rachel. You have come soooooooo far. You look absolutely amazing. You inspire me and many many others beyond what I'm sure you can even imagine. I have been showing my husband your progress pictures along your journey and he was BLOWN away yesterday when I showed him these. He had to look at them a few times because he was just so amazed. Thanks for all your hard work, thanks for giving yourself back your health, thanks for busting ass and taking names, thanks for sharing your ups and your downs, for keeping it real! It's one thing to read a success story of someone else but when you have followed that person on their journey.....it's a totally different inspiration that you get from them!!!! So to you Rachel I say Thank You!!!
You must feel incredible! What an amazing accomplishment! Good luck on maintenance! When I started maintenance my leader told me to start by adding back one point a week until I was no longer losing. She said that in her experience adding back 4 points all at once can cause some people to gain weight. I think its awesome that you kept the pants. I have a pair of size9/10 pants that I was so thrilled to fit in last Christmas and now they are huge on me. Every so often I put them on to remind myself of how far I've come.
That's right....you can't hit 125 and not let us all marvel at your pics!!! You have done an amazing job. Is there any advice you'd give to someone starting out who has 70 pounds to lose?
You are MODEL material Rachel! You look amazing! I'm so proud of you...and so happy that you're sharing your journey, tips and inspiration with all of us!
