Today, the diet and health gods smiled upon me. My cravings were minimal, I got all of the rest I need, and I exercised a bunch. I'm so elated. If only every day were this easy....
Food: 7 oz chicken, 3.5 oz broccoli, 4 oz green beans, 1 mini Reese's PB cup, 2 apples
Exercise: 15 minute walk with the dogs, 1 hour on Wii Fit, 30 minutes of Wii Sports....yay! Exercise and bonding time with my sweet husband!
Mental exercises: Following the strategies in Beck's Diet for Life book helped a bunch today. It's just a stack of index cards with important sayings on them, but it helped to keep my mind/mental health in check.

I feel so blessed
Let's hope tomorrow is just as good...cross your fingers for me!
