Food: 1/2 turkey sandwich (turkey, mustard, tomato, lettuce, pulled lots of the crust off); 1/2 orange; 3.5 oz ground venison, 5 oz broccoli

Exercise: Nada, zilch, zero, zip

Note to self: Write about WW meeting and self-help books tomorrow.....
