SPAM is again on the RISE!

UGH.

Why can't they just leave us alone.

Anyway.. no sense is crying about it. I just wanted to remind everyone to report any suspicious SPAM activity IMMEDIATELY to me. I am usually able to respond to it within the hour and delete the user.

Our SPAM policy is simple. It's not tolerated.

Our community is for those that want to give and get support on their weight loss journeys. If you don't plan on doing one or both of those things don't bother signing up. Can you share links and product ideas? Sure. But we can very easily tell the difference between someone genuinely sharing something verses someone SPAMMING something. Who makes the final decision? I do. I hate to say this but I'm Queen in these parts and I don't mind saying.. "OFF WITH THEIR HEADS" now and again. It's the only way to keep the integrity of the community.

So please. PLEASE don't get upset or turned off if you see spam. Simply report the URL to me by using the link on the bottom of the page. . .
