Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

So, I'm still adjusting to my first week back on WW. I blew all my 35 points over the weekend. Today I'm getting back to my roots and eating stuff that I did back in the begining.

FF plain yogurt w/ fruit and a little cereal on top for texture
0 pt. soup
veggies w/ hummus
94% FF popcorn

I'm also going to hit the gym at lunch.

Anyone else struggling this week?

Well...yesterday started off really well until I get home...as always. I had two servings (at least) of hamburger helper and then instead of just 1 Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches, I had two. At least I'm out of them now. I'll just add them to the list of things that CANNOT come into the house, like those english toffee WW bars, baked Cheetos, and soda. Tonight I plan on making turkey meatballs (from another WW site) for meatball subs.
