So, I'm still adjusting to my first week back on WW. I blew all my 35 points over the weekend. Today I'm getting back to my roots and eating stuff that I did back in the begining.
FF plain yogurt w/ fruit and a little cereal on top for texture
0 pt. soup
veggies w/ hummus
94% FF popcorn
I'm also going to hit the gym at lunch.
Anyone else struggling this week?
