First off I want to thank each and every one of your for your support! What would a girl do without you guys? I love BTL...such a great network of friends!

I got home from work tonight and immediately changed clothes and headed down to the treadmill. I did my C25K training and yet again broke my own record. The SAD part about it was that my ipod "lost" it again! At the end of my workout...this "chic" came on and told me I set a new mile/pace record of 11:45. So I think I did 2.5 miles in 29:20! Since my ipod lost it...it wouldn't sync up to nike.com for my 20 mile challenge (which I am not worried about. I'm already at 16.5 miles..so I will finish the challenge this month yet). But at least Nike+ is still motivating me to get my butt ON the treadmill...right?

Tuesday's food journal. Had a little "run-in" with some damn Chips Ahoy cookies! WHO bought them anyway! Darn hubby!

I got sick of dropping miles so I bought the Nike wristband...I LOVE IT and I never lose any miles...now my ipod is just for tunes. Congrats on the great run...you are moving right along....I am so proud of you!!!

Way to go Robyn! You are in the zone, rock n and rollin! Keep up the great work! I love BTL too! It drives me nuts that I can't check in on the weekends! LOL. How sad is that? I'm addicted.

Hey Robyn I walk my 2 miles at work (can't do the jogging because of shin splits) but hoping by the spring to have the muscles built up in my shins so I can try again! I use my Nike + as I am walking and haven't had the problem yet of it not recording my workout. I hope I never do..I am just trying now to get to a 15 minute mile, which I am close. You are doing a great job. So dedicated getting that workout in as soon as you get home from work. That is one of the reasons why I walk on my lunch is so I can't back out on it once I get home from work. Have a great day!

I ended up using the treadmill at work today as I read my Glamour...I dont blame you for not running, who can read a mag AND run at the same time?! Im sure once you get going youll be able to outrun half the people at the gym :)
