No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I have to wake up at 6am for a 6 hr exam (9am-5pm with lunch break) tomorrow. For an exam I have not studied enough for and can't remember even the most basic facts.

I've spent the whole day today tense and wanting to burst into tears.

What I'm really mad at is myself. I should have studied harder. Why didn't I study harder? Because I spent most of my time in the past few months binging, then feeling depressed about binging. Some nights I spend the whole of 9pm-3am (that's after dinner) binging on carbs while surfing the 'net and rewatching tv drama. Afterwards I feel so angry with myself I couldn't move on to study. I couldn't move on the next day either.

That has basically been the story of my past 5 years.

I really want to move on and better myself after tomorrow. Will think more and plan this tomorrow night.
