The weekend went really well. I ate really well and pretty much ate core foods the entire weekend. I've been watching my intake for almost 2 weeks now and I'm down 6 pounds and surprisingly down 7 pounds since my last entry here. I don't know how I managed to lose through all of that comfort eating, but I'm glad that I did. Maybe subconsciously I ate a little more healthfully than I thought. The difference though is the energy boost that I so desparately needed. I'm feeling so much better now that I'm back on track which is something that is easily taken for granted and I should remind myself of when I feel like straying. I have been taking my multivitamin and efas (essential fatty acids) religiously. I'm hoping to really kick things up this year and take the vacation that I've been hoping for (my daughter's dream vacation to disneyworld). We will make it happen this year I hope, and I want to be in the best shape possible for all that walking and sightseeing. I can't wait to see the ocean again and watch my kids enjoy it for the first time. I'm finding myself daydreaming now so I think that I'll finish this and send virtual hugs to all of you hope that you are all having a beautiful stress free day. It is so wonderful to be back. I missed you all so much and though of you and wished you the best while I was away.
