No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Dakota Smashed Pea & Barley soup. Very tasty, and only 240 calories for a bowl. The only bad part is that somehow I finished my soup before everyone else finished their pizza, and I had to turn down multiple offers of a slice.

I'll still campaign for someplace else next time, though.

One co-worker, who recently offered me some weight-loss tips, ordered the Thai chicken salad. From my research yesterday, I knew that one has 731 calories. And that's the HALF order. I didn't say anything...

good for you for having the will power to turn down the pizza. It's like people can't accept the fact that you are trying and want to be successful at losing weight. They try to mess you up, even if their offeres come from good intentions, you know what they say, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" so good for you and keep it up!!!

I love when people give me advice that have no idea what they are talking about. One person started talking about dieting with me and then asked if mayo had any fat in it. Obviously some people are clueless.
