Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

and I don't know why! I feel like I do good (minus this past wknd..) until around 11pm. I get off work by 10:30 everynight and yeah I try to have a good snack so I won't be hungry but I always am.... :( ugh. Something to work on I guess!

In other news though- those bars I mentioned yesterday are FABULOUS! annnnnnd most importantly- my gym opens TODAY! My coworker and I are going after work tonight :)

Otherwise... not much else going on.... So far I'm on track for the day.. I just need to keep it up!

Breakfast: 4pts
- organic yogurt and 1/2 c fiber one cereal mixed in
- coffee (with creamer and sugar)

Lunch:
not sure yet.... I'm thinking a sandwich in my new panini press? hmm....
or I have some romaine to use up

Dinner: 4pts
2 pt soup
oats&choc fiber bar

Snack: 3pts
popcorn
