No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

quick post about today.

made it to the gym.
got some work done at lab.
-9 over points for the day, but flex started today, so that's okay. will probably eat once more before going to sleep.

it is rainy outside. so i decided to come home and relax. i forgot to stretch after running so i am a wee bit sore. oops.

so that's a quick rundown of my day.
