No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

The last two days were bad. After posting here on Tues night/ Wed dawn, I was filled with hope and determination. On Wed, I was very good during the daytime. I stuck to my plan and didn't binge. But when nighttime came, I couldn't resist. I binged on over 1500cal of bread, cereal and crackers at 2am. I was so ashamed and disappointed, and couldn't get over it so the binging continued into Thur afternoon, Thur night...... Why the heck did I need to eat 3000cal everyday for the past two weeks? The skin on my thighs have stretched so much they literally hurt.

Today is a new day. It's 17:15pm now and so far I've been doing well. I'll do the food journal later on tonight.

Salad =30
Japanese yam paste noodles =30
Imitation crab =30
Green tea =0
Veggie pot =300
Bread x8 =640
Total =1030cal

While my calorie intake wasn't too bad, the food I ate was completely opposite of what I should be eating, ie no carbs. OK, let's try again tomorrow.
