No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

... including 3 Points worth of chocolate. Guess TOM is hitting full-force, because I wanted both salty and sweet ... so I had some baked chips, too! Aargh. That's certainly not going to help if I go to that evening meeting tomorrow.

I probably will go, though I'm still toying with the idea of saving $12 for the week. But If I'd have to pay next week for the missed meeting, it'd make more sense to go ahead and go ...

I had 9 extra Points ... 4 FPs and 5 APs. Well, I guess the good thing was that I counted it. Tomorrow starts my new WW week. I plan to make it a great one, even if the scale isn't quite as kind to me tomorrow night.

I thought about posting before I left work, on the premise that if I did, I wouldn't snack when I got home. But I decided I really wanted that snack — 2 Points I didn't need. Oh well ... I'm not perfect. Never claimed to be. Tomorrow's a new day.

I love when the week starts over! Nice to have a clean slate.

Thanks for the tip about the activity points! I looked back at my tracker, and I ate out saturday, sunday, and yesterday... plus I have eaten lots of filling foods... so I think some of my gain is combination of the salt and fiber, and lack of fluids... I am hoping for a big weight loss next week!

Sounds like you still did pretty good, even with TOM being evil!!! You should definitely go, then next week, you'll probably be surprised at an even bigger loss!
