Tuesdays report...tonight will be Wednesday's report & Biggest Loser comments

I'm catching up for Tuesday today. I had a hungry day yesterday for some reason and I was kicking myself for being at 25 points before I left for the day at work and then I went to my first WW meeting. I learned that I can use those 35 weekly points and not be guilty about it. I was trying really hard not to dip into those because I thought I would lose more weight. But the leader pointed out that those are there for the taking because we don't want to deprive ourselves and then quit. It makes so much sense. When I got home from work I was hungry and my husband was all in the way in the kitchen while I was trying to make up an egg and egg white omelet. Not a good combination...did I mention I stayed up till 2am the night before? No sleep, hungry and husband in the way...not so good. ANyway after I bit his head off I enjoyed my low point dinner and watched Biggest Loser.
WOW, the people on that show this year are BIG. I would be kicked out of the house for just weighing under 220. The lowest starting weight was 244! Bob was right though, he said that this is America. There are so many people overweight and if they would only find a plan that they can stick with it would make such a difference. I'm excited to see how Dan (orange) does. He lost 30lbs in one week!! AMAZING! And the cooky green girl-she is funny to me. "Who does that, I do!" I laughed and rewinded that a couple times!!! LOL
Anyway! I'm prepared today with my food and plan to make it a fresh day with lots of produce.
