And as I am boosting up my running and eating my vegetables I think - I am one step closer to leaner, fitter looking legs...right now I love my legs fine :) they are strong and much more attractive than when I started this journey that's for sure BUT I have seen these women with "great legs" where you can see the muscles the shapes of the thighs - you know the ones at the gym or wherever...I want those thighs...its my thighs that I want to "define"...So I'm on a mission - not only to stay within my "range" and to lose another 10 or so I'm on a mission to have "awesome legs" for a 40 something...I will never be 20 again but I can work hard for those legs - plus it pays off because I feel better mentally and physically with more exercise and eating right - its all good - even a crazy obsession with the "leg quest"...I had to confess - this has been something I'm thinking about alot....lean legs - maybe a tighter butt will be next...I can dream can't I? And if it motivates me - why not :) LOL
