(I'm at a loss for what to name these posts)...

Breakfast:
2 hard boiled eggs: 4 points
1/2 pear: 1

Lunch:
Salad with TB Ranch: 2
4 oz chicken:4

Snack:
1/2 pear: 1
1 1/2 crab strips: 1 1/2
1 string cheese: 2

Dinner:
4 oz. Pork Tenderloin: 3
1/2 cup stuffing: 4
butter: 1
green beans: 0
