I weighed in yesterday and had lost another 1.6 pounds (17.6 altogether). I am 1.4 away from my 10% of 19 pounds!! I also had a great non-scale victory my BMI is 29 so I am no longer obese :), now I am just overweight, ha ha!! Who new I would be so happy to say I was overweight! My BMI has been in the obese range for at least the last past 2 years and that is just not healthy! Now my goal is normal BMI. Trying to get in exercise this week and drink all of my water so I can make it to my 10% next week. I really want to get my key ring! Also as soon as I get paid I will be signing up for the St. Patty's Day Dash a 5K in Seattle). It sounds like it is a good starter race, pretty flat and there is a beer garden which I will of course save points for :) Hope all is well with everyone, winter break is over so I am back at school and forgot how busy I am when I am working full time, fitting everything in is a bit more of a challenge but I am still striving to be active as much as possible. Went to Vancouver BC with the husband last weekend and we walked for about 7 hours all over Vancouver as well as went swimming so that was good!
