Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weigh in today: 144.2 a loss of 1.8. No too shabby since a slight over a week ago I was 149 (post Christmas bleck)

So now...I'm boldly going where no goal has gone before. I just going to do it. I'm setting my new goal for 135. I've thought and I've even written it but I've never actually put in on my home page of the blog so I'm doing it. And I'm not saying that I can't sustain it or that my body wants to weigh 144 (even though it sometimes appears that it does). I am going to lose 9 more pounds and I'm going to weigh 135. That's what I'm going to do and I'm going to do it before Valentines day. This is kind of monumental for me because when I did WW the first time I finished just a bit before VD. That was in 2004. SO here I am 5 years later and loads wiser. I've conquering the fears of fat and of my own inactivity.

I'm doing it and that's that.

Here's to 135 lb! Writing goals down is one of the best ways of helping yourself achieve them.
