Well I have found something else to be addicted to as much as this site! If you are on facebook search for the weightview application.
It is really neat. You send in a full body shot of yourself and they will send you one back of what you will look like at your goal weight.
It also has different things that you can do to earn daily points. You in exchange can trade the points in for different things. I haven't looked to see what you can get yet.
I posted earlier this morning planning on walking, but I am starting to get a cold. So, I am taking Zicam to hopefully knock it out or lessen the length of it!
So, I felt so bad about not exercising that I came home and dug out my Biggest Loser workout from the first season, and boy can I feel that workout! My legs feel like jelly! I hope that means that I did some good while doing the workout. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be....plus I really enjoyed reading my book today at lunch. I started reading "Twilight" a few days ago and I love it!! Just wilsh that I had more time to read it. But that is my plan for tonight, to do a few things around the house and then head to bed with my book.
Let's just hope I can stick with the dvd again tomorrow!
