Last week, on Monday I was so focused and had my gym back packed planning to hit the gym on the way home and I get almost to the gym and my phone rings, my son was sick at daycare so I had to turn around and go get the kids. He ended up having bronchitis and was really sick all week so needless to say my hopes of getting back in a routine and back to normal didn't happen. So here I am again on Monday, with my gym bag packed ready to hit the gym on my way home and hoping for a normal week this week! I went for a walk with a friend for an hour yesterday and my eating has been pretty good but it could be better.
Today's Menu -
high fiber toast with rf peanut butter - 3
fiber one bar - 2
vegetable soup - 3
carrots/cucumbers - 0
fruit & nut bar - 3
yogurt - 1
broccoli with balsamic vinegar and olive oil - 2
beef stronganoff with mixed vegetables- (still need to calculate)

Gym - 30 min elliptical
30 min lower body circuit
