Hello sunshines!

I apologize for not blogging at all this weekend! But, I do have a lot to catch up on...

The end of the week was glorious as far as exercising and eating healthy is concerned.

I came to work bright & early on Saturday & got a kick start to my day with a Country Square. I had never tried it before bit it was great! 250 calories of nuts, fruit, peanut butter, choco chip-py goodness!

I then had a quick snack before I hit the gym to burn some calories.

Once I got home, I had half a Flat Out wrap pizza with cheese & Veggie Crumbles & Ketchup to dip it in. It was Cheeseburger Style!!

I got ready for my shopping date with a pallio & even bought a food scale at BB&B!

We munched on some Pumpkin Spice Trail Mix & Limeade, both of which are AMAZING treats.

We went to Applebee's for dinner & I had:
+20 tortilla chips & salsa
+3 Dynamite Shrimp
+WW Chili Lime Tilapia (ate all but 1/2 of the fish).

I then met Matt at a friends house for a party. I had the intentions of working out & eating on the WW menu so I could have a beer or two. I did not think that I would of been weak & had trail mix, limeade, & some fried baby shrimp so- I indulged anyways & had 1/2 of a beer & some snacky snack food including:
+Buffalo Pretzels--handful
+Brie & Crackers (2)
+Pita & Hummus

Overall, I was not too bad but I didnt go to bed until 2 & forgot to weigh myself before running to work. So! Tomorrow is the weigh in & I know I will be pleased with this week :)

I am looking forward to a week of work/studying/no classes & of course some Tofurky come Thursday!
