No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Today was my weigh in day and I lost 2.3 lbs. whoo hoooo!!!! I really want to me in the 130's before Hawaii even if its 139.9 I don't really care. So that is my goal which I think is doable. I have been staying op pretty well and been working out!!! Last night I worked out for an hour and did the stepper for the first time. I never thought it would end. I can't decided if I am going to the gym tonight or line dancing. Oh and I have also been soda free for the past week now. No soda for me not even diet. So hopefully I can keep up with it. Hope everyone has a good weekend!!!

Awesome job! I gave up diet soda too and I don't even miss it anymore. How did you like the stepper? I've never really tried them...I usually stick to the arc trainer or the elliptical.

The soda pop thing is SO hard for me! I am truly addicted to Diet Coke! If I don't have one by 2 p.m. I have a headache! Although I am doing MUCH better lately with drinking my water

Congrats on the loss! You can make it to the 130's and just think of how great you will look! Great job on the soda thing.
