Today was my weigh in day and I lost 2.3 lbs. whoo hoooo!!!! I really want to me in the 130's before Hawaii even if its 139.9 I don't really care. So that is my goal which I think is doable. I have been staying op pretty well and been working out!!! Last night I worked out for an hour and did the stepper for the first time. I never thought it would end. I can't decided if I am going to the gym tonight or line dancing. Oh and I have also been soda free for the past week now. No soda for me not even diet. So hopefully I can keep up with it.
