Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I am pushing myself to make it today. It was a struggle to get up and out of bed. This cold is kicking my butt. If I didn't already have to be gone from work all day tomorrow to take classes, I would still be in bed this morning and I would have taken a sick day. I plan to use some nasal spray, take a DayQuil, and push through.

Yesterday, I stayed late at school because of class and today I have to stay after school because of a Faculty Meeting. Tomorrow I have to come back to school after class for another meeting. Ugh. Never ends.

I ended up not making the dip for dinner last night, as we had some cube steak in the fridge and I didn't want it to go bad, so I cooked those up instead. The dip will have to be for tonight.

Here's the plan for today:

Breakfast of Carnation

Snack of OJ and applesauce

Lunch of rotisserie chicken (leftover Beer Chicken, really), some grapes, OJ, and a 100 Cal pack of choc. pretzels

Another snack: whatever is provided at the faculty meeting

Dinner: taco dip with chips

I was just thinking that we used to do SF Carnation ...it was basically the same thing as the optifast diet that oprah lost so much weight on back in the late 80's ...remember her pulling out her lost fat in a red wagon...its really hard to find these days though...I buy rotisserie chickens from kroger and wal mart for cheap and easy meals when i dont feel like cooking ...usually under $5 for a nice sized bird that will feed the 4 of us.

Maybe you should cut back on the OJ since you have been having those pains. Happy Hump Day to you, feel better soon.
