Not bad considering that 1) I had company in town for a long weekend, 2) I ate out all day yesterday and it was probably sodium-loaded, and 3) it's that time of the month this week.
My weigh-in today was 223.7 compared to
221.4 last week.
Overall I was happy with my food choices and amount of activity this past long weekend with the family in town for my brothers graduation. We did a lot of walking!! I made some good food choices but I also had meals (or really snacks) where I didn't do so well. I could have done much better with drinking water but carrying that water bottle is just too heavy some times.
Today starts a new week...back to work and a new week where I start my FPs! I am getting a bit more hungry because of TOM coming but I'm hoping those cravings go away soon...
