EEkk at potluck at work!! I knew ahead of time that this may present a small problem so I tried to plan ahead. I made sure and had weight loss oatmeal for breakfast so that I would feel full and not so hungry by lunch. This helped a bit but not the best way to start my point counting week. I did make some good choices and loaded up on salad but oh the desserts. I did sample two cookies and some key lime dessert. I knew when the key lime called my name that it was just a matter of making smart choices but in the end I looked down and there IT was on my plate. Since today is the start of my point week I know all is not lost...I simply used many flex points today and that is....okay. I ate very little dinner-since I don't care for pork chops but this is not a wise choice either. Good grief somedays I feel like I need super human powers and a kick ass cape to beat back the poor eating choices. Or, forget the cape and......Since my 10 pound goal/reward this go-round is new underwear (the nice kind that I will feel guilty buying!) I guess I will need to consider them part of my Captain Weight Loss attire and look forward to buying them.

Yes, I would LOVE to come back! I would LOVE to work out again and I would LOVE my old job back. It's sooo dang hard! I miss my bff (you, Spazz) and my old job and my old boss!! It is going to be hard to come back in June.... Maybe I will move alone! NOT!~ Ken LOVES his job right now! Sigh~!
So, how was the weigh-in? A good ol' DDP potluck sounds GREAT!! I sure miss those! Don't worry, you'll have more of them. Just save your points and plan, plan, plan! Take it from the girl who get's caught eating at Burger King with little to no points left and 3:30 and is STARVING right now!
