Citrimax?

OK...anybody heard anything about Citrimax? My hubby works for a beer distributor and they also deliver other beverages like Monster, 180, etc. Well last night he brought home a case of "Skinny Water". I think they have been distributing it for a while, but it's not a BIG seller, so everyone was offered a case to take home. He brought home the Raspberry one...and it doesn't taste too bad. It's a lightly flavored water (not carbonated) with a natural appetite suppressant. It says it contains Super CitriMax and ChromeMate? I need to do some research on them to see if there's any info out there!

Anywhoo...my OP week is going GREAT! It's amazing how much "journaling" actually helps! DUH!! I actually saw 189 on the scale this morning...although that's butt naked...not like it will be at WI tomorrow! I don't think the other WW members would appreciate me stripping all the way down for Weigh-in! :)

CitriMax is essentially the peel of an orange. You can buy it in pill form at a healthfood store. And ChromeMate is Chromium. Both are sold as appetite suppressants. If you want more info on them you can always visit http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/content/en/health/index.jsp?intsource=header

I swear I don't work for them. (anymore)

I haven't heard of Citrimax but the term Skinny Water sounds familiar. Good for you for journalling. I always seem to do better when I dedicate myself to writing it down. It almost makes it easier in a weird way.
