THURSDAY: I started the day by running 6 miles (with my oh-so-supportive friend Danielle and her adorable daughter) and I ate Core the entire day until we went out to Mexican food and even though I didn't actually really like what I ordered I probably used like 10 flex points (Cause I DID like the chips and salsa!)
At the end of the day: 19 flex points left
FRIDAY: Day off from running! Woo-Hoo! I ate Core all day until the end of the day when I drove up to Portland to meet a friend. I'd say I used 4 Flex points on dinner (points that weren't Core from my meal).
At the end of the day: 15 flex points left
Saturday: I actually have really eaten much today. I had a bowl of cereal this morning and I just got done eating a muffin and then I'm off to my soccer game.
So far: 11 flex points left (til Tuesday!)
Wish me luck as tomorrow is a 9-miler! ...and (I thought I'd never say this) unfortunately it's gonna be HOT! :)
