Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well I woke up this morning and weighed in at 138.2 :( I was disappointed but thought I'd weigh again tonight after my run. Today I ate:

Core cereal (Kashi)
Banana
grapes
Smart Ones (Core)
SF pudding
Whole wheat pasta spaghetti
Salad
Slice of bread
Some M&Ms

So after school I went to the gym and ran 4 miles today (thank goodness this is a light week!) and I could not believe how much I was sweating. When I got home I weighed in at 137.4 (.2 under last weeks weigh-in!) WOO-HOO...I ended up not having to pay Jenna and Danielle! Thank goodness!
