Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

This week is not unlike many others...a barrage of kid activities, trying to maintain the house, meals that are rushed etc. This morning, put on a business suit (just started a new job) and it is terribly tight. This really sucks! I would have to say my biggest problem right now is lack of sleep. My husband whom I love dearly is just not on the same page with regard to a healthier lifestyle--which I know requires a decent amount of sleep--and as a result my average this week has been around 5 hours a night. What this has meant is more eating, no working out and an all-over feeling of blaaahhhh.

Nothing is malicious--things just get busy and "our time" happens well after everyone else's needs are met. Any suggestions for getting a husband and family onto a mode of support rather than roadblock? I really want my closet of business suits to fit better--I am really miserable today.
