so my thursday was pretty good. ordered subs at work last night (erb&gerb) and (probably subconsciously sabatoging myself) forgot to say no mayo.. enjoyed it of course... looked up cals later.. (customized sub on milio's website) .. and came up to 12! ..without mayo would have been 6!! eeewwww.. no mayo next time! you know better!! so i'm off to my parent's with the kiddo for the weekend and AUGH.. i always dread traveling.. especially when being strict with tracking points. i find it virtually impossible to stay on track. it's hard when someone else is providing your meals... and there's all sorts of goodies lying around that i ban from my house for fear i'll devour the entire package (hello?!? ..can we say self control?!?!) i do bring my own snacks and some fruit/total cereal for breakfast so that helps for the day. there's no doubt they'll be some grilling and beers (light of course) in my future though.. provided the weather stays nice. my wkend goals: 1)write down what you eat - be conscious of it.. no grabbing a cookie here and there throughout the day 2) do my best to stay within my points 3) take a long brisk walk at least 2 of the 3 days
