Here's my second post here. My first day back on track was excellent - and then my second one sucked. I went to a party Wednesday night and there was all this great stuff that I managed to pass over and then my co-worker brought it all in yesterday and I was acting as if I had never eaten before in my life. WTF?!?!?! So frustrating, but it's done and today I am back. I brought in some food, but didn't pack breakfast so once someone else gets to the office to cover the phones I am going to head down and get something. I haven't exercised at all this week - that's something else that I really need to do. I think that I am going to break down and get a membership to the indoor pool on South Side. It is open year-round and I enjoy swimming so much. My only set-back is that I really can not even begin to imagine putting my body in a bathing suit right now, but giving the choice of swimming over the treadmill - I will take swimming ANY DAY! So I need to get a suit and get going!
Do any of you do swimming as your main exercise? What kind of results have you seen? I'm really hopeful that this is something that I can do without dreading it. I literally think of any excuse possible to not go to the gym and step on the treadmill.
Today's plan is:
B: shredded wheat, skim milk
S: egg white, brocco slaw, hummus
L: Salad with Morningstar Vegan Griller on top
S: Fruit
D: not sure yet
