No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

If you want to know the real reason why I haven't been blogging I think I've finally nailed it down. I AM EXHAUSTED. It is not because I've been on some huge chocolate/junk food binge, NOR is it because I haven't been exercising. I haven't been blogging because I haven't had time and I'm exhausted. Everything is coming to an end as far as my Master's program goes and even though I know I will get done, it feels like it's all crashing down on me. Last week when I got home from Colorado I was up about 2 pounds which wasn't surprising. While I was there I continued my training plan (oh yeah, I already blogged about that).

As far as last week goes... (or my WW week will be over Tuesday) I feel like I ate really well. I HAVE to start blogging my food. I know I always say that but I really need to because I need to know how many flex points I'm using. If I had to guess (and was being honest and not underestimating) I would say that I did not surpass the 35 flex point limit this week. I honestly felt like I ate really well. As far as exercise goes I ran 5 miles on Wednesday (instead of Tuesday due to driving home from Colorado), 7 miles on Friday, played in a soccer game last night, and ran 10 miles this morning. I'm tired. My legs hurt. I had the worst cramps during today's run so it wasn't very enjoyable. By the way...where the heck is TOM and why isn't it showing up?

Okay my whining and complaning are over now. I must finish getting ready for church. I think I might come home and take a nap. I NEVER take naps but today it just might be necessary. We'll see if it actually happens, I always feel like it's such a waste of time.

Allison, You're doing great! You really are! You're eating well, you're exercising your butt of (literally) and you are super overwhelmed w/ school. BREATHE. Sit back and breathe. It's almost over! You can do this my friend! I'm very proud of how well your'e staying OP in spite of the stress!

I agree with Danielle, give yourself a break...you are doing really well. All that exercise and good eating is great! Your gain could also be salt or TOM not yet coming.
