I'll admit it, I was a little afraid going into this weekend. Would I be okay around birthday cake and ice cream? Would I find both ways and the time to stick to my program? Would I find a way to get some exercise in? The answer to all of these questions is YES! My family is absolutely on board and that makes all the difference. I had a piece of cake and a little bit of frozen yogurt on Saturday, but I still felt in control. I also had several fast food meals this weekend, but NEVER went over my points. I took a long walk on Friday night with my nieces and nephew, mowed the yard this morning and then played kickball this afternoon. All in all, a great (& active) weekend! My goals for the week are: (1) keep on walking, (2) drink more water and (3) stay POSITIVE!
