Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I'll admit it, I was a little afraid going into this weekend. Would I be okay around birthday cake and ice cream? Would I find both ways and the time to stick to my program? Would I find a way to get some exercise in? The answer to all of these questions is YES! My family is absolutely on board and that makes all the difference. I had a piece of cake and a little bit of frozen yogurt on Saturday, but I still felt in control. I also had several fast food meals this weekend, but NEVER went over my points. I took a long walk on Friday night with my nieces and nephew, mowed the yard this morning and then played kickball this afternoon. All in all, a great (& active) weekend! My goals for the week are: (1) keep on walking, (2) drink more water and (3) stay POSITIVE!

congrats! weekend are always tough for me too. but i am recapping my weekend and i conquered it also! i am so excited. i usually use ALL my 35 flex points AND MORE by saturday afternoon (my weigh-in day) but right now it is sunday evening and i have flex points LEFT OVER. WOW this is a FIRST for me since starting WW 21 weeks ago. what a feeling to be in control!

Great job on having a successful weekend. It's always good to have that extra support of family!! Good luck on your three goals for this week, especially staying positive. It's such a hard thing to do sometimes, but it sounds like you're doing just that!
