The weekend started with Friday night's movie and dinner of popcorn and coke. Oops!
Saturday was pilates, which was great, except for the soreness today. I didn't eat too well on Saturday, emotional eating got the best of me.
Sunday was NIA class, which helped work some of the soreness out. I love that class, its such a good workout without feeling like a workout. I also journaled and ate within my points, so yea me!
I desperatley need to work on the drinking of the water, so that's a goal for this week.
Challenge this week is Tuesday night, my office is going to a Ranger game. Hot dogs and beer. And surprisingly, I have already decided I would rather be at the gym. I'm doing a rain dance.
Overall, I'm happy with the weekend, I felt more in control than I have in a while. Now to keep the focus while dealing with work.
