I went out and walked this morning.. I feel.. FABULOUS, I feel absolutely fantastic.. I think this was the kick in the pants that I needed to get myself back on track again, I really think it was. My friend Kenn is my health guru basically he is a trainer for a gym and a total fitness/health buff, but he's so awesome and not in the least judgmental of those who are not. And he told me that generally if you've walked 20 to 30 minutes you've walked about a mile.. and I was so pumped up because I walked for an hour and I had wanted to walk a mile today! Yayness! I'm so happy! and I'm getting even more exercise since I'm up and down the stairs for the laundry.. I hate laundry I always forget it's in the wash.. someone remind me? hehe.
