1 c. lentil soup 2 pt.
mixed veggies 0 pt.
10 crackers 2 pt.
1/2 c. baked beans 2 pt.
1 egg, 1 egg white 2.5 pt.
2 tsp. olive oil 2 pt.
spinach, mushrooms 0 pt.
medium orange 2 pt.
blueberry soy yogurt 3 pt.

total: 21 pt.

Yesterday I ate something like...
eggs in morning
apple
grapes, cherries
mixed greens salad, cous cous salad, mixed fruits
bread roll
8 crackers
5 croutons
smoothie: ice, 3/4 c. soy milk, small banana, frozen peach slices (1.5 + 1 + 1) 3.5
rice, bean cheese frozen burrito 5 pt.s
large banana 2 pt.s
