No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Just here to check-in. The more often I do it, the easier it seems to stay on track. After I posted my blog yesterday about goals I hopped right on the treadmill and ran. I ran three miles straight, then walked about a .4 of a mile, then ran .6 more so I did a total of four miles. It felt soooo good. Then after that I had a pretty good eating day. I didn't get off work until ten so I a bunch of stuff after that, and there was a bowl of cereal I know that I definitely didn't need. Oh well, my calories were still low after all.
I work at a health food store and we sell these little mini bundt cakes that are so good. They are vegan tofu bundt cakes and they are about the size of a medium muffin. I get the chocolate banana one. Well anyways my point is that they say they are 150 calories each. It is really, really hard to believe that for some reason. They are soooo good, fill me up ALOT and have chocolate chips in them. They are made by a small little local bakery and I keep wondering if they really could possibly be 150 calories each...or if the bakers made a mistake. I honestly would eat one everyday but I feel like they can't be that good for me! Has anyone ever baked with tofu? If so, are the calories pretty low in the final product?
Whatever, I am having another one at work today. Its a vegan tofu bundt cake, it can't being doing that much harm.
