Hey just going to post a quick check-in. I have definitely been on track the last few days. I ran 4 miles straight yesterday!!! I also saw a number on the scale I have never seen (well, since hs): 151.8. That is so close to the 140's I can't even believe it!!!
Here's food for the last two days:
6/9/08
B: coffee, Luna Bar (200)
L: ½ a tortilla w/ ½ slice of cheese, hummus, slice of turkey, some pop chips, bowl of oatmeal, a few grapes (270)
S: 2 slice of turkey, 1 ½ slices of cheese, sorbet bar (200)
S: Luna Bar (180)
D: sausage sandwich, some cheerios and dried cranberries (370)
Total: 1250
6/8/08
B: coffee, frozen waffle w/ jam (150)
S: ¼ of a bagel w/ cream cheese, Luna bar (260)
L: vegan tofu bundt cake (150)
S: protein shake (210)
D: egg sandwich (210)
S: frozen yogurt (150)
Total: 1130
