No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Friday's are a day I usually look forward to. I have 2 jobs, an office job where I am basically a secretary. I work that job part time (20 hrs per week), and then my husband owns his own business, so I get to play office manager/accounts payable/accounts receivable/payroll clerk/secretary/receptionist/everything else when I am not at my other job. On Friday's I get to work from home, and don't have to go to my office job at all. The good thing about this is that I can sleep in a little if I want. I can work in my pajamas, I don't have to drive anywhere (except usually to the bank in the afternoon), and I can set my own pace. The bad thing about Friday's is that I tend to put things off during the week telling myself that I get it done on Friday. Then when Friday comes I find myself overloaded with all the tasks that I need to do on Friday, plus the other things that I have put off all week.
This week is no exception to that, except maybe I am a bit more overloaded than usual. I have felt like crap all week, both physically and emotionally. I have a Dr.'s appointment at 1:15 today, I haven't grocery shopped, my house is a disaster and I have a ton of office work to get through. So.... here I am on my blog.
I pulled my South Beach books out last night. I had done South Beach about 3 or 4 years ago and really liked it. I was OP for about 6 months & lost about 45 lbs. Then, as usual in the past, life got in the way & I fell off the wagon. My goal for this weekend is to get some good healthy groceries in the house and get rid of some (all) of the junk in my cupboard. I am hoping that by putting that down in black and white it will hold me to task.
My mood is a bit brighter today than it had been, but physcally I am still sick. I have a sinus/upper respitory infection and all the other junk that comes with being overweight. Hopefully it will be a good weekend.
