So tuesday I started the special k challenge. I bought nothing but special k products and my tv dinners for meal replacement. I weighed in this morning and So far I lost 3 pounds. Not bad at all. I eat a bowl of cereal in the morning Also they have different flavors so I eat a different kind each morning this way I don't get tired of it. I dont get a lunch break so after the babies are all naping at work I eat my snack. For my snack I eat a cereal bar and the K2O water. It does fill me up. Then for lunch when I get home I eat another bowl of cereal. Then fruits for snacks. For supper I eat a smart ones tv dinner or a small portion of whaterver we cook. So far I'm not starving. I just keep busy. So thats all tahts new with me. Hope everyone is fine. Take care. :)
