Note to self: Spaghetti carbonara doesn't reheat all that well. It tasted much better yesterday, when it was fresh. So next time I make it, I'll be halving the recipe (so it only feeds 3, not six) ... or waiting until I'm feeding a crowd!
The recipe is from a back issue of WW magazine. When I found it, I just had to try it — it does have bacon, after all, and (as I'm sure I've already told you) I just LOVE bacon. I'm glad I did, because it was really good yesterday. It was still good for dinner tonight, just not quite AS good as it was last time.
